PRODUCT RETURN - GUARANTEED 14 DAYS FOR A REFUND
Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 "On consumer rights" you have the right to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The exercise of this right is possible if you submit a written statement of withdrawal from the contract within the above deadline. When writing a statement, you can use the form sent in the confirmation message about placing an order. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send a statement of withdrawal in paper form or by e-mail.

Returned product should be returned with a receipt without unnecessary delay, within no more than 14 days, to the address of our company available in the "Company data and contact" tab. You carry the cost of return shipments on your own. You can determine the approximate cost of return based on our "Time and costs of delivery" tab, however, please be aware that the store may have discounts from carriers, therefore the individual cost of return may be higher than the cost of shipping to you.

Remember that the right to withdraw from the contract does not give you the opportunity to use the product free of charge. According to the provisions, if the returned product was used to a greater extent than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, the seller has the right to charge the buyer with the costs of depreciation of its value.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, you will receive a refund paid by way of purchasing the amount - product price, shipping costs and other costs, except for the aforementioned refund costs. The money will be sent back in the same way you paid, unless you agree to another form. This will take place immediately after we receive the returned purchase along with the receipt.

According to the law, the right to reimbursement is not when the object of sale is:

non-prefabricated item, created for the individual order of the consumer,
an item subject to rapid deterioration or having a short shelf-life,
the item delivered in a sealed package that can not be returned after opening due to health or hygiene reasons,
things that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things,
sound or visual recordings delivered in a sealed package, if the packaging has been opened after delivery,
dailies, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts,
digital content that is not stored on a tangible medium if the performance began with the express consent of the consumer.
EXTRAORDINARY ROUTE OF DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the case of reservations to the transaction and a dispute with the seller, it is possible to settle the dispute out of court. The amicable consumer courts at the provincial inspectorates of the Trade Inspection are the competent body for resolving the dispute for trade. Referring the matter to this institution requires the consent of both parties.
